How it works

01 First, you will need to have a carefully curated a Pinterest board dedicated to your "bundle inspo". The more the better when it comes to showing off your aesthetic and style! Please take you time and try to pin multiples of specific items you really hope to get.

IMPORTANT: Please do not purchase a bundle without this! This is required for this service!

02 After completing your board, you submit specific ideas and desires you wish for me to incorporate within your bundle through a questionnaire. Being specific and detailed will produce better results! Before checkout, you will be asked a multitude of questions about sizing, material preferences, style, etc. Please do not submit this questionnaire without including your measurements!

03 Once you have purchased a bundle and answered the questionnaire, you can expect an email from me shortly after I have had a chance to review your form and inspiration board. I will go over any questions or concerns that may arise via email. This is my primary means of communication so please remember to check your inbox! Soon after, I will start thrifting! At this time, I require 4-6 weeks to intentionally curated your style bundle! You will be notified of delivery with an attached tracking number once your bundle is complete.

I pulled together a hodgepodge of Pinterest looks and somehow they all ended up in one box, together, in my size, in quality vintage finds. I have already worn a few of the items and love them. I'm grateful from the bottom of my heart that you were able to find such beautiful clothes for me and that you created such a harmonious but also colorful collection! I really appreciate the practicality of the sweaters and pants (I love that almost all of them are machine washable) and the flourishes of femininity and romance in details like the sweet floral patterns and the ruffle on the red skirt.   • Our current turnaround time is 4–6 weeks. This gives us the time to thoughtfully source high-quality, one-of-a-kind pieces just for you. Since thrifting depends on ever-changing inventory, finding the right pieces can take time—but that’s what makes your bundle truly special.

  • While fit can never be fully guaranteed with thrifted pieces, we do our best to get it right. We use detailed tape measurements and the sizing information you provide to thoughtfully select pieces that align with your preferences and proportions. Because vintage and secondhand sizing can vary widely, measurements are always prioritized over tag size to ensure the best possible fit.

  • Yes! Broaden Meadows values sustainable fibers and quality pieces. We try our best to source natural fibers already, with the occasional exception.

    If you request natural fibers only due to allergies - we are happy to accommodate!

  • At this time, a Pinterest board is required to purchase a bundle. It plays a big role in helping me understand your style, preferences, and overall vision. Without it, it’s very difficult to curate pieces that truly feel aligned and intentional for you. Please do not purchase a bundle until you have taken some quality time to curate a vision board!

  • The short answer is no. I’m not able to consult individually before each purchase, as I work with multiple clients at once.

    That said, every bundle is created with care, intention, and a thoughtful eye using the preferences you’ve shared. The questionarre is extensive and the Pinterest board you’ve created will be referenced to multiple times in the creation of your bundle. This process allows me the creative freedom to curate something truly special—trusting the art behind the selection is part of the experience!
